Homeowner makes contact and appointment is set.

On site appointment and deck design.

Deliver estimate and contract to Owner.

Homeowner executes estimate and contract.

Commonwealth Decks prepares and applies for Permitting.

Material Deposit due at Contract signing or 30 days before construction begins, whichever is later (40% of Total Job Amount).

When Project is "Inspection Ready" for Footer Permits 20% of Contract Cost Due.

When Project is "Framing Inspection Ready" another 20% of Contract Cost is Due.

When Project is Completed and Permit issued, Final 20% of Contract Cost is Due.
