GRANT HOLMES
Born and raised in Virginia, Grant Holmes is a Virginia Military Institute alumnus — VMI Class of 2017. In 2018, Grant decided he wanted to be more involved in helping his community by doing something he enjoys — providing handyman and deck construction services to Virginia. Grant brings honesty, transparency and competency to Commonwealth Decks, LLC’s products and service. Grant is a licensed and insured Virginia contractor.

Tyler and Grant have trained Jiu-Jitsu together for years. In addition to becoming friends on the mat, they’ve taken turns working for one another as a Contractor and Realtor. They immediately identified their shared values and perspective on providing a quality product and service to their community.

TYLER ROSS
Born and raised in Warrenton, Virginia, Tyler Ross is the owner and broker of Ross Real Estate, a high service real estate brokerage serving the Piedmont and Northern Virginia area as a broker for over 10 years as an agent for nearly 20 . Additionally, Tyler has helped design, evaluate and run support for single family construction, development, conservation and renovations in Fauquier and Culpeper Counties.
